Employees of the department are engaged in designing water supply and drainage networks and facilities, heat and gas supply systems for various objects from the supply source to the consumer, fire-extinguishing systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
We design water supply and sewage systems from the water supply source to the complex domestic, industrial, rainfall and flood water sewage treatment systems, water storage tanks, water towers, water supply and sewage pumping stations, water and sewage treatment plants; prepare rearrangement, modernization and renovation projects for water supply and sewage networks, heat supply networks and gas pipelines.
Heat engineering, hydraulic and technical and economic assessment of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and heat supply, defined by the conditions of thermal comfort for people and process requirements, is performed for residential, office and industrial. Moreover, consequently, we develop highly efficient energy consumption, regeneration and recovery of the waste heat energy systems.
Before designing, specialists of the department make inspection of the existing structures and service lines to choose the most optimal technical solutions.
We carry out field supervision of all phases of projects construction. It ensures a high level of project implementation as a whole.
Our tasks include the development of engineering documentation for the construction of the following facilities:
- Cold water service ;
- Process water pipelines;
- Fire fighting water mains;
- Service-utility sewage;
- Industrial sewage facilities;
- Storm sewage pipelines;
- Heat supply systems;
- Heating systems;
- Ventilation systems;
- Air conditioning systems;
- Internal gas supply arrangements;
- External gas supply arrangements.
The adopted design solutions, specified in the department's design documentation and embodied in the built facilities, provide a reliable, trouble-free and long-term operation of the internal and external networks and systems for buildings and structures.
